WELCOME TO BILLBENNETTPHOTO.COM

I have to admit this was the 1st time I heard this. I was there on Sept 11th 2001 and, this tape put me somewhere I can't explain. It's been a long time but, I cried. I am there again. I thought it would get better overtime and, in a small way it has but, tonight I feel the same as I did 13 years ago. I can still remember the burning towers. The burning smell of the cars, fire trucks and, burning rubber as we went down the empty streets. I can hear explosions down the street as car tires and gas tanks let go. I can still see the body's and, victims of 911. I will never forget the FDNY engine with it's lights on and, the pump running at high idle with no one there. Yes, I can not forget even if I wanted too. It was the longest day in my life. I was in slow motion. I remember the hero's that marched into two burning towers never to return home to their family's. I remember the tower's coming down. I still ask why me God? ............ God bless you my brothers! 343 forever! I will never forget you and, what you did.... 5555
